These "Boston Edition" prints are 5-1/2" X 8", and in the beautiful sepia tone that resembles that of high cost photographs.

In the 1930s, Eugene Ashton Perry, then the Master of the Center Grammar School in Malden, Massachusetts, discovered, as stated in his catalogue,

“the possibility of making and distributing half-tone reproductions of paintings, sculpture, architecture and selling them so reasonably that no one was too rich and no one was too poor to own a picture”.

The prints have title of art and the artist on each printed reproduction all are called Perry Pictures
